F111 Terms and Conditions — User Rules and Rights

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between f111 ("Platform", "we") and you ("User") in the use of all services available at f111-jit.net, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, slots, and any other products offered by the platform.

By accessing or using f111, you expressly confirm that you have full legal capacity, are at least 18 years of age, are accessing the platform voluntarily, and agree to all rules set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product.

Accepting these Terms is a requirement for using f111. Users who disagree with any clause must immediately stop using the platform and request account closure through support.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use f111's services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil or access the platform from a territory where its use is legally permitted;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not be registered in any gambling or sports betting self-exclusion program in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of an f111 employee;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

F111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport — as well as proof of address, at any time, particularly before releasing withdrawals above standard limits. Failure to submit requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3 User Account

Each user is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their f111 account credentials — including email, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. f111 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone under any circumstances.

If a user suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must immediately notify f111 support via the 24/7 chat available on the platform. f111 is not liable for losses resulting from the voluntary or involuntary sharing of login credentials by the user.

Your account information must be kept up to date. If your email address, phone number, or bank details linked to your Pix key change, you must update that information directly in your account area or through support. Identity verification is required for changes to sensitive data.

F111 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend accounts for investigation in cases of suspected fraud, bot usage, match manipulation, or any other activity that violates these Terms — without prior notice and without entitling the user to any compensation during the investigation period.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

F111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). There is no foreign currency conversion. The payment methods accepted on the platform are:

• Pix: instant deposit, withdrawal processed within 5 minutes of request;
• Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo — available for deposits;
• Boleto bancário: settlement within up to 1 business day after payment;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: deposit via digital wallet;
• TED Transfer: accepted from accounts at Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit and must always go to an account held by the registered user — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

F111 may require identity verification before releasing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 in a single transaction or R$ 10,000.00 accumulated over a 30-day period. This process exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect the user, and is completed within 2 business hours of the requested documentation being submitted.

5 Betting Rules

F111 offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 50 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), volleyball (men's and women's Superliga, Nations League), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports, and more. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are only accepted while the market is open. Once the market closes — whether before the event starts or during play in the case of live betting — no new bets are accepted;
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be canceled by the user, unless f111 expressly offers a cash-out feature for that specific market;
• For match result (1X2) bets, f111 considers only the standard 90 minutes of play, including added time, but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts — unless the market explicitly states otherwise;
• If an event is postponed to a date other than the original, bets placed for the original date will be voided and the amounts returned to the account balance;
• F111 reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of a clear odds error — for example, odds generated by a technical fault that do not reflect the actual market. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full to the user's balance;
• Parlay (accumulator) bets have their odds calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each selection. For the parlay to win, all selections must be correct.

F111 monitors betting patterns in real time. Bets showing signs of use of privileged information, result manipulation, or any form of abuse may be investigated, withheld, and ultimately voided with the original stake returned — with no profit generated for the user under investigation.

6 Casino & Online Games

The f111 casino section includes a Live Casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Crazy Time, and other game shows), slots from internationally licensed providers, crash games, and other categories. The following rules apply specifically to this product:

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the providers and verified by independent audits. f111 does not alter the RTPs declared by the providers;
• All casino game results are generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by physical processes conducted by real-time dealers;
• F111 is not liable for technical failures in games caused by issues on the providers' systems. If a failure results in a lost bet due to a proven system error, the staked amount will be reviewed and potentially refunded upon opening a support ticket;
• Live Casino sessions may be interrupted by a loss of connection on the user's end. The outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection is valid if f111's server had already recorded the bet before the connection was lost.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

F111 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be presented at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are only available to users who have explicitly opted in. No bonus is credited automatically without action from the user;
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (the betting volume required before a withdrawal can be made). The rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific terms of the offer;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from the bonus balance, after the rollover requirement has been met, are credited to the withdrawable balance;
• F111 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing minimum-value bets to artificially meet rollover requirements, or any other practice that goes against the spirit of the promotion;
• Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of each offer;
• F111 may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with at least 24 hours' notice for promotions already in progress.

8 VIP Program

The f111 VIP Program rewards users based on their betting volume on the platform. The program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — each offering progressive benefits, including weekly cashback, exclusive odds on selected events, higher withdrawal limits, and priority support.

Access to each tier is determined by the volume of valid bets accumulated over a rolling 30-day period. Cancelled bets, bonus bets that did not meet rollover requirements, and bets flagged as abusive do not count toward VIP tier calculation.

F111 may change the eligibility criteria, benefits, and structure of the VIP Program with at least 7 days' notice to existing participants. Benefits accrued up to the date of the change are preserved.

9 Responsible Gaming

F111 believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional hardship. For that reason, the platform makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all users, without exception:

• Deposit limits: you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period;
• Temporary break: voluntary account pause for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During the pause, no access, deposits, or bets are permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's request. After permanent self-exclusion, f111 will not accept new registrations linked to the same CPF;
• Financial reality: deposit, withdrawal, and betting history tracking tools available in the account area, so users always have full visibility into their spending.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f111 platform:

• Creation of more than one account per CPF or per IP address;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Money laundering, depositing funds of illicit origin, or using the platform in any way for illegal purposes;
• Manipulation or attempted manipulation of the outcomes of sporting events, games, or any other product on the platform;
• Intentional and repeated exploitation of bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors;
• Bonus abuse — including creating fake accounts, using third-party information, or any strategy designed to circumvent the promotions rules;
• Threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at support staff or other users;
• Sharing account access with third parties to obtain bonuses or circumvent limits;
• Use of the platform by individuals under 18 — a responsibility that falls on the account holder in the event of unauthorized access by a minor.

Detection of any of these violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances and bonuses, cancellation of active bets, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

11 Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through f111 support, via chat or email. To close the account, there must be no pending positive balance awaiting withdrawal — if there is, the user must first withdraw the balance or expressly authorize its cancellation.

F111 may close accounts unilaterally in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in clause 10;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no access for more than 24 consecutive months may be closed, with 30 days' prior notice sent by email.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, f111 reserves the right to withhold pending balances according to the severity of the breach, following an internal review process and allowing the user to submit a defense within 5 business days of notification.

12 Limitation of Liability

F111 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed freely and knowingly by the user, including bets made with bonus balance. Betting is an entertainment activity that carries an inherent risk of loss — by accepting these Terms, the user acknowledges that risk.

F111 will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Should the platform be unavailable during a sporting event in a way that prevents a user from placing a planned bet, f111 does not compensate for the missed opportunity.

F111 is not liable for connectivity issues on the user's end — whether caused by device problems, internet outages, or carrier failures — that result in lost sessions, missed live bets, or delayed withdrawals.

F111's total liability to a user in any situation is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user in the 12 months preceding the event that caused the damage, excluding any withdrawals already made during that same period.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the f111 platform — including but not limited to logos, design, text, images, software, interfaces, editorial analysis, and marketing materials — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to f111 or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publish, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorization from f111. Personal, non-commercial use — such as saving a screenshot of a bet result for your own records — is not subject to this restriction.

The names, trademarks, and logos of sports competitions, clubs, and organizations displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used by f111 under applicable contracts and licenses.

14 Changes to Terms

F111 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, its operations, or the services offered. Any material change will be communicated by email to the address registered by the user at least 15 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at f111's /terms-conditions page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the relationship between the user and f111, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby designated, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

F111 operates in compliance with Brazilian sports betting regulations and consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), and the Ministry of Finance regulations governing the fixed-odds betting sector in Brazil.
